its been a LONG LONG time since i've had time to just read. well, finally had time to pick up a book to read. well, finally, started reading the book, "A Young Woman After God's Own Heart."
never did regret it... came across certain things that really got me thinking...

when was the last time you stopped,

to take a look at the scenery as you passed by?

when was the last time you took a break,

and spent time with your family?

when was the last time you actually paused,

to admire the sunset in the distance?

when was the last time you took a breather,

and just relaxed?

when was the last time you put all troubles aside,

and just went to God in prayer?

in a fast paced society we live in, its easy to lose our heads in things unimportant. we place more value on things that dont really mean much to us. we work and strive so hard just for material things. but ever stopped and considered. which one is more worth it?

stress, temporial satisfaction, material gains, death.

versus.

pure joy, eternal happiness, satisfaction and eternal life with God.

which is better?
