sigh. of all times, of all things,
this just had to happen today.
guess what?!
my bio teacher has to go for an operation tmr!
and he wont be back to teach us for the rest of the term!
i hope he pulls through just fine...
there's like smth wrong with a valve in his heart...
=( sigh.
Lord, please take care of him and heal him!

THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!
I GOT A CONDITIONAL OFFER FROM ONE OF THE UNIs HERE TO DO OCCUPATIONAL THERAPHY NEXT YEAR!!!
i only need to satisfy one condition.
that is to get 79.44 for my average scores.
hmmm. gotta work hard!
thank God! i was worrying over it over the past few weeks!
but God is good!
when i got the offer by email, immediately i 'heard' this...
"O ye of little faith!"
hehe. but yes. another lesson in trusting God.
another disappointment, another pain.

haha. this post is a lil late...

but yes, celebrated van's bdae on the 19th and 20th!

haha. no pics from the 19th one lar.

but in short, we organised a surprise birthday party for her!

=D it was super funny. we blindfolded van and brought her to a friend's house.

then she kept asking so many questions and making so much noise!

we told her she was at a restaurant! =X

at least she was surprised, and did enjoy herself! *whew!*

on the 20th, van and i went for lunch at a jap store called "Maki Maki".

super good food and resonably priced!

as i was cooking a birthday dinner for her and sis lydia,

i warned her NOT to go to the freezer and microwave.

i hope she did not. i wont know even if she did lar.

so got back from school at abt 5:15 pm.

locked van in her room and i started cooking!

2 hours later, this was what came out...

fish & chips and salad!

whew. thank God it all came out alright!
after dinner, sis lydia brought us out for desert.
super funny lar. we were meant to go to a chocolate place,
but when we got there, it was closed!
then she brought us to a place which supposedly had A LOT of cafes.
got there, it was all closed too!
in the end, we went to a gelati parlour in the city.
2 streets from our house.
and we took an hour to finally get there.
=.= it was hilarious.

this is what van got.
it was ALL chocolate!!

this is mine.
i got some berries thingy.
strawberry, forest berry and chocolate.
haha. i changed the last flavour.
it was meant to be raspberry i think.

this is me being greedy. XP

by the time we got home, it was 11 plus.
and i was feeling really stuffed. *burp*
haha. i love birthdays!
even those which arent mine! =D

well, as december draws nearer,
i suddenly feel as if it's february all over again.
i just so wanna go home right now...
it's almost ridiculous.
the teachers are starting to scare us with all the horror stories of students not making it to uni, or not completing the course.
haha. it's pretty effective i guess.
i'm pretty scared now! hah!
well, they had to evacuate the whole building last night!
some silly person burnt the food and created so much smoke that the fire alarm went off.
suddenly, the voice was blaring "please proceed to the nearest exit and evacuate the builing in a calm and orderly manner."
i went out to see if anyone was actually going out,
so since there were, i went out too.
in my shorts and t-shirt.
not very nice esp since it was 8 degrees outside.
so yes, i was standing downstairs in the wind.
in the end, there wasnt any fire. just lots of smoke.
sigh, will people never learn?!
watch your food when you're cooking lar!!

i am bored. gah.

arghh. started the week with a bio test.
how depressing. first day of school...
there's a psychology test tmr!
ughh. ok. better study and do work!
but first! destress a little with my violin... =)
probably one of the few things that keep me sane lar.
too many things to do.
too little time.
it just had to be you to be the fool.

my! in the blink of an eye,
two weeks have gone by!
haha. i am actually raring to go back to school tmr!
though there is that dreaded bio test...
and that 10 assignments to pass up...
but imagine! 6 weeks of school left!
then study break!
then exams!
then HOME!
yes yes, i probably sound like a broken recorder,
repeating what i have said before...
BUT YOU KNOW!! =D
i have the joy that passeth all understanding down in my heart,
where? DOWN IN MY HEART!

well, second week of my break.
finally started on my assignments! =)
heh. last week was just slacking + resting...
i better stop sleeping at 1 a.m. and waking up at 11 a.m.
hehe... yes, i should start sleeping earlier.
if not when i get back to school,
i'm gonna have a really hard time waking up!
ughh, 6 more weeks of school, 7 weeks to study break,
and 8 weeks to exams!
never thought i'd say this, but...
EXAMS FASTER COME LAR!!!

hmm. i had the wierdest series of dreams last night.
my first one was:
i was riding a horse, when i rested, i got off it.
it then got stolen by the pastor's son in my church.
i found my horse and the guy who stole my horse bought my a bag of clothes to say sorry.
i woke up, and went to sleep again.
the second dream:
i was in this school building, when a bomber was sighted.
suddenly all hell broke loose,
and everyone was shooting everyone! even me! O.O
then my school friend went bersek cuz his gifrlfriend broke up with him,
so he started shooting everywhere.
in the end, i caught the bomber, and i woke up again.
the last dream i had was:
my family and i were at toa payoh swimming complex.
suddenly, a bus landed in the middle of the pool and caught fire!!
after the fire was put out, my family walked back to the car.
there was a mouse in the car and my mom killed it with newspapers.
she asked me to throw it away, when i used a tissue to pick it up,
she asked,"why dont you just use your hand?"
i replied,"eeyer! dont want! so dirty!"
with that, i woke up finally, feeling even tireder than when i went to bed.
=.= why am i so creative at night?!
i'll take it one step at a time please.
