and well, i'm at the end of my holidays too!!
so the first week was spent in my assignment,
though i did cycle to the beach with some of the youths from church!
it was a 6 hour round trip- including lunch and breaks.
BUT IT WAS PAINFUL. the next day my butt hurt so much it was ridiculous, and my whole body was just sore!
but it was worth it. :)
and then on wednesday a group of us went to victor harbour!
haha. just a 2 day get away. :)
there were 7 of us, and it was heaps fun!
cindy, lydia and i reached at about 11am.
the rest came at about dinner time.
so we went to granite island where we just walked about.
and apparently, climbed trees. :)
after dinner, we went night fishing!!
AND!!! I CAUGHT A FISH!!! :)
haha. feeling pleased with myself.
by the time we went to bed it was 1am!
but, 4 of us woke up at 6am to go cockling!
apparently, cockles are one of the best baits around!
so here we are, on goolwa beach, cockling. :)
in the afternoon, we just lazed about on hindmarsh island.
we were so tired that all 7 of us just 'collapsed' under a shady tree and slept for an hour!
haha. it really was a getaway.
oh well. this was just at the pier we visited.
and then, we went to hallet cove (another beach) before heading home.
i was so tired i went to bed at 10.30 and woke up at 10 this morning. heh. :)
holidays mah. :)
OH. and guess what??
i took my driving theory test today.
and i PASSED! :)
WOOTS.
all in a day's work.
